Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel a genuine connection to every piece you bring into your space. If something does not feel quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us within that 14-day window at feereet@inbox.lv. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Condition Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. You may also initiate a return request directly through your account at feereet.lv/account.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund — including the original standard shipping cost you paid — will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items produced to your specifications.
